Saviah is a multidisciplinary artist based in Toronto. Her Caribbean heritage informs a lot of her work whether it be in the subject matter, the titles of her pieces or the bold colors she gravitates towards. 

     She took a 4-year specialized arts program at Central Technical school before graduating Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Design. She then went on to attend multiple courses and programs including the Remix Project. 

     Her creativity most often takes form as acrylic and mixed-media paintings, digital art, collaging sculpture, or fashion design. She’s very passionate about self-expression and self-actualization. Love, escapism, intimacy, self-reflection, and Caribbean culture are themes that frequently occur in her work. Creatively, her main goal is for people to experience my creations as witty, innovative, thought-provoking and reflective of them and the world we live in today.
